Company Documents Overview and How To

A company document in Tyfoom is any document that you give access to your employees. It does not require that they sign or read it, gives them mobile access to it. Company Documents are found on the Management Tab, and then clicking "Documents" from the sub-menu. Only company admins are able to add new documents.



Go to app.tyfoom.com

1. Click "Documentation"

To add a document click "Documentation".

Click 'Documentation'

2. Click "Documents"

Select "Documents" under the sub-menu.

Click 'Documents'

3. Company Document page

The Company Documents page will appear. https://app.tyfoom.com/company_documents

4. Add Document

Click the blue "+" button in the top right corner to add a new document.

This will show the "Add Document" page. https://app.tyfoom.com/company_documents/new

6. Add Title

Add a "Title" to the document.

7. Add a Description

Give your document a brief description (optional).

8. Choose File

Choose the file you wish to upload.

9. Select "Visible to"

Select who this document will be visible to.

Select 'Visible to'

10. Acknowledge Choice

If "Company Wide" is desired, also click the checkmark "Yes, assign this to all employees in the company, including new hires".

11. Click "Publish"

When all details have been added, click "Publish".

Click 'Publish'

12. New Document Published

The document will now appear under the published tab.
