Disengaged Employees Report
Disengaged Employees Report
When an employee has stopped watching their assigned video trainings, and has five uncompleted assignments, the employee is flagged and added to the "Disengaged Employees" report. This report is designed to help you quickly identify these employees so you can reach out, and help them re-engage.
Accessing the Disengaged Employees Report
Access your Dashboard
Click on the "Disengaged Employees"
Report Details
The report shows:
- Employee Name
- Employee's Group
- Skipped
- This shows the number of videos they should have watched after missing the five non-completed assignments.
- TSR
- Streak
- Average Quiz Score
Exporting Report
As needed, you can export this list of names by clicking the Download CSV icon located in the top right corner.
