Engagement Score

Engagement Score

The Engagement Score (ES) measures if a user has completed everything assigned to them each day. To get the best ES, they need to complete everything on their Homepage (also shown on the Daily Task Progress bar) the day they are assigned.

Here is an example:

If an employee has two assignments today and does none of them, their ES for today will be 0%. If they do 1 of 2, their score will be 50%. If you do 2 of 2, your score will be 100%. Daily scores are averaged together to give an ES for the Past 7 Days and all other time periods.

The highest engagement score you can get is 100-110% depending on how many days your company has video training scheduled (5 scheduled trainings each week allows you to earn 110%). This is because we have found the companies who have the highest levels of engagement are those who do a training each weekday.
