Flagged Forms: Notifying Group and Division Managers


This guide will go over how to set group and division manager(s) to receive notifications for flagged items on any form.

Go to app.tyfoom.com

1. Click "Forms"

To get started go to the Forms tab.

Click 'Forms'

2. Click "Manage Forms"

Click on "Manage Forms" to view all forms in your account.

Click 'Manage Forms'

3. Select the Form

Click on the form you want to update the notifications on.

Select the Form

4. Click "No Description"

This is the form view page. From here, scroll to the bottom.

Click 'No Description'

5. Click "Notify all the division managers of the person that submits the form"

Go to the "Notify Flagged Items to" section.

Click 'Notify all the division managers of the person that submits the form'

6. Choose Group or Division Manager(s)

Select if you want to have the group, division manager, or both be notified for any flagged items on this form.

Choose Group or Division Manager(s)

7. Click "Save Changes"

Once you have updated the settings, click "Save Changes."

Click 'Save Changes'
