How to upload a video into Tyfoom



In this video, we'll be teaching you how to upload a video into typhoon.

Go to app.tyfoom.com

1. Go to Videos & Playlists

To get started click on the videos and playlists tab in Tyfoom.

2. Click "Libraries"

Click "Libraries" from the sub-menu.

Click 'Libraries'

3. Tyfoom Video Library

You will now be on the libraries page. Direct Link: https://app.tyfoom.com/lessons?lesson_idx=tyfoom

4. Click "Company Videos"

Once in libraries, go to your Company Videos. Direct Link: https://app.tyfoom.com/lessons

5. Company Videos Page

This is where all your company videos are stored.

6. Click the blue "+" button

To add a new video, select the blue "+" button located on the top right of the screen.

7. Click "Upload Video"

Choose "Upload Video" from the action men

Click 'Upload Video'











8. Video Creation Page

This will bring you to the video upload page.

9. Choose Video File

Select "Choose file to upload" and upload the video file you want to add to Tyfoom.

10. Video Information Page

The video information page will now appear.

11. Choose a "Cover Image"

Select the cover image that will be used.

12. Name the video

Give your video a name.

13. Add a Video Description

Add a video description explaining what the video is about.

14. Add additional details

Add a "Reference Number" or "Reference Link" if needed. Reference Number: is if this video is in a series of videos i.e. (1 of 3) Reference Link: used to add a reference URL to the video.

15. Click "NEXT"

Once all the necessary information is added in click "Next".

Click 'NEXT'











16. Video Category Page

You'll be taken to the next section, where you choose the category for the video.

17. Select "Category"

Choose which category you want to place your video into.

Select 'Category'

18. Click "Next"

Click "Next" to finalize your selection.

Click 'Next'

19. Add Quiz

Create quiz questions for the video. Delete any unused answers.

20. Check the Correct Answer

Check the box with the correct answer.

21. Click "Next"

Scroll down and click "Next".

Click 'Next'

22. Video Review Page

The final step is to review everything and make sure it is accurate.

23. Submit Video

If everything looks correct, scroll down and select "I have the right to upload and use this video" and then click "Submit".

24. Training Created!

The video is now available in your published videos. Direct Link: https://app.tyfoom.com/lessons
