In this guide, we're going to walk you through where, and how an admin can manage forms that have been assigned to employees but not yet completed.
To get started, open the Forms tab in Tyfoom.

2. Click "Incomplete"
Then go to the incomplete page.

3. Incomplete Forms Page
This page is going to show you a list of all forms that have been assigned out to your employees, but have not yet been completed.

You can filter these by Form Type, which you can manage the types under the Form Types page.

5. Filter by Employee Status
Filtering by Employee Status allows you to see only current employee's missed forms, or employee's that are no longer active at your company.

Or by Form status, whether it's been dismissed, or it's still shows as incomplete.

You can also search by the name of the form, by when it was assigned, or when it was dismissed using the start and end date.

If there are any forms that you want to dismiss for your employees, you can select the little check box off to the left-hand side.

9. Click "Dismiss"
And then click the dismiss button up in the top right corner.

10. Confirm Dismissal
You'll need to confirm that you want to dismiss these. If you do, click "dismiss" and then you're done.
