Tyfoom Alerts: Employee Reactions & Easier Navigation
Tyfoom Alerts now include two enhancements to improve communication and usability: Employee Reactions and Easier Navigation. These updates make Alerts more interactive and efficient for both admins and employees.
1. Employee Reactions
• What’s New: Employees using the latest version of the Tyfoom app can now react to alerts with a simple tap (e.g., thumbs up, emoji).
• Admin View: Admins can see these reactions in the alert details, alongside confirmation of which employees have viewed the alert.
How It Works:
1. Ensure employees have updated to the latest version of the Tyfoom app.
2. Employees can view and tap a reaction icon when viewing an alert.
3. Admins can view reactions in the Alert Details section.
2. Easier Navigation Between Alerts
- What’s New: Employees can now quickly switch between alerts using navigation arrows at the bottom of the screen. No need to exit and reopen individual alerts —easily move to the next or previous alert with a single tap.
How It Works:
1. Open an alert from the Alerts section.
2. Use the left and right arrows at the bottom of the screen to navigate between alerts.
