Integration Overview
This integration allows you to automatically upload form responses as PDF files to a Procore project.
Adding Tyfoom to Procore
In this guide, we’re going to go over how to add Tyfoom to your Procore account.
1. Log into Procore
To get started, log in to Procore. You must be a company admin on Procore in order to add this integration.

2. Click "Select an App"
First, click on “Apps” in the navigation bar, and then select “Select an App” from the dropdown menu.

3. Go to "App Management"
Navigate to the App Management section under your admin settings.

4. Select "Install App"
On the App Management page, click on “Install App.”

5. Choose "Install Custom App"
From the options, click on “Install Custom App.”

6. Enter the App Version ID
Enter Tyfoom’s App Version ID. If you are an admin in Tyfoom, this can be found under Company Settings > Integration Settings.

7. Click "Install"
After entering the App Version ID, click “Install.”

8. View App Permissions
A list of the permissions required by the app will be displayed.

9. Click "Install"
If you’re ready to proceed, click “Install” again to confirm.

10. Installation Successful!
When successful you will receive an installation successful message.

11. Select Permitted Projects
Choose which projects should have access to use this integration or skip this step if you prefer.

At this point, you have successfully added Tyfoom to your Procore account. Additional instructions will be provided on how to finalize the setup within Tyfoom.
Not all form submissions will send a PDF to Procore, only on specific forms that you enable this for. Follow the steps below to enable it for a form.
- Go to Forms
- Click on the form to integrate
- Scroll to the bottom and check the box "Upload to Procore?"
Mapping Jobs/Locations
You can map specific Jobs/Locations that are in Tyfoom, to a Project that is in Procore. Follow the steps below to do so.
- In Tyfoom, go to Jobs/Locations
- Click on the Job/Location to map to Procore
- Click on the dropdown "Procore Project" to select the project. Click Save once done.
