Create a Custom Badge
This guide will go over how to create a Custom Badge in Tyfoom.
Go to app.tyfoom.com
1. Click "Custom Badges"
To get started go to custom badges
2. Click "Add Custom Badge"
Then click on add custom badge
3. Name the Badge
Give your badge a name
4. Enter a Description
Add a description for your badge.
5. Click "Save"
Once ready click save. This will take you to the Badge Creation page.
6. Create a Badge Icon
The next thing you're going to do is create a badge image
7. Upload Your Icon
You can choose to upload your own image by clicking on upload image
8. Select File to Upload
If you upload your own image you'll just select the file from your computer
9. Create Icon in Tyfoom
Or you can create a badge image directly through Tyfoom
10. Choose a Badge Shape
First you'll choose a badge shape
11. Choose a Color
Then choose a color
12. Select an Icon
And then last choose an icon
13. Click "Save"
Once the badge image has been created click save
14. Click "Add Videos"
You can now add videos to the batch to do so click add videos
15. Search for videos
From the pop-up search for videos you want to add to your badge
16. Select specific videos
When you find videos you want to add select on the check mark to the right of the video
17. Click Update Videos
Once you've selected all the videos that you want to click on update videos
18. Arrange video order
The videos will then show in the badge and you can arrange the order of them to whatever you want it to be
19. Update Badge Visibility
The last step before publishing your badge is selecting who from your company can earn the badge do this under the visible to section
20. Click "Publish"
Once the badge is ready to go click publish
21. Check Earned or Unearned
Once the badge has been published you can click on earned to see a list of people who have earned that badge. If you click unearned, you will see list of people who have been assigned the badge but have not yet earned it
