Auto Email Form Submissions
Auto Email Form Submissions
In this guide, we'll go over how you can have a PDF copy of a form's submission automatically emailed to specific people based on which job/location is selected.
Go to app.tyfoom.com
1. Start on the Manage Forms tab
2. Select a Form
Click on the form that you want to set this up for.
3. Form Preview Page
This will open up the form preview page.
4. Go to the Publish tab
And from here, click on the forms "Publish" section.
5. Scroll to "Auto Email Submissions"
On this page, scroll down to the "Auto Email Submissions" section.
6. Auto Email Submission PDFs
7. Click "Add Auto Email"
And then once you're here, click on the "Add Auto Email" button.
8. Add Rule Details
In the pop-up, you can set which job/locations should go to which emails. You can select from a dropdown selection of jobs, and then enter any email addresses (separated by a comma) for that job. If you want, you can also adjust the email subject and body.
9. Add New Email Rule
Once you've updated everything, click "Add Rule".
10. View All Email Rules
You'll be able to see the new rule, and add any additional rules.
11. Save Form
If everything looks good, and after you've made all your changes, click save.
