How to Add a Single Certificate into Tyfoom
Overview: Certifications are a way to track any type of training that expires. Certificates are all the employees that have earned "Certifications".
1. Click "Documentation"
Click the "Documentations" tab.
2. Click "Certifications"
Then click "Certifications" from the sub-menu.
3. Certifications Page
Certifications are any type of training an employee has recieved that expires, and needs to be renewed.
4. Click "Add Certification"
Click the blue "+" button in the top right corner.
5. Name "Certification"
Name the "Certification".
6. Add "Description"
Write a brief description explaining what the certification is about.
7. Click "Save"
8. Certification now Created
The certification will be added into Tyfoom.
9. Click "Certificates"
Next click "Certificates"
10. Certificates Page
Certificates page is the list of employees that have earned "Certifications".
11. Click "Add Certificate"
Click the blue "+" button in the top right corner.
12. Select Certification
Choose the "Certification".
13. Add "Completion Date"
14. Add "Expiration Date"
Select the correct "Expiration Date".
15. Add Notes
Include any additional notes.
16. Upload Certificate Image
Upload "Certificate Image".
17. Upload Certificate Image
Only "ONE" certificate image may be uploaded at a time.
18. Select Employee(s)
Select the correct employee(s) that have earned this certification. Note: The "Certificate Image" will be the same for all employees selected.
19. Click "Save"
20. Certificate Created
The certification will now appear.
21. Certification Info
The Certification info will appear.
