Tyfoom Forms: Employee Picker Question Type

Overview

The new Employee Picker option in Tyfoom Forms allows admins to add dropdown questions that list all employees in your system. This makes it easy for users filling out forms to select one or more employees, streamlining processes like incident reporting or team acknowledgments.

How the Employee Picker Works

For Admins:

Add the Employee Picker to a Form:

• Go to the Forms tab.

• Select a form to edit, or create a new form.

• Add a new question and choose Employee Picker as the question type.

For Employees Completing Forms:

•   When filling out the form, employees will see a dropdown option:

                  

•   Tapping on the dropdown they will be able to see a list of employees in the system.

                  

            •    They can select one or more names as applicable.
